Diagnosis-Power Windows
3. Checking for parking brake indicator light signal and ground circuits open
(a) Pull up hand brake.
(b) Ignition switch: OFF.
(c) Disconnect connector of parking brake
indicator light switch.

(d) Ignition switch: ON.
(e) Use a multimeter to measure voltage to
ground of connector pin 1 of parking
brake indicator light switch L002.
Voltage: battery voltage
Is check result normal?
Yes > Replace parking brake control handle assembly.
No > Go to step 4.
