Rear axle- Rear wheel hub with brake drum assembly

(c). Remove the lock nut of the left rear wheel hub
bearing by the lock nut wrench of wheel hub
bearing.

(d). Remove the inner ring of the outer tapered roller
bearing of left rear wheel hub.

(e). Remove the left rear wheel hub with brake drum
assembly.
• If the left rear wheel hub with brake drum
assembly is too tight to be removed,remove it by
a rear wheel hub puller.

6. Remove the right rear wheel hub with brake drum assembly.
Hint:
The steps for the removal of the right rear wheel hub with brake drum are the same with those for
the left rear wheel hub with brake drum.

7. Separate the left rear wheel hub and the
brake drum
(a). Remove the 6 nuts, separate the left rear wheel
hub and the brake drum.
Notice:
The nuts removed and can’t be used again.

8. Separate the right rear wheel hub and the brake drum
Hint:
The steps for the separation of the right rear wheel hub and the brake drum are the same with those
for the left rear wheel hub and the brake drum.
