Transmission (646b/651b)- Upper cover assy

14. Install the fork shaft assy
(a). Install each shifting of transmission fork shaft,
transmission fork, self-locking steel ball, lock
ball spring and transmission guide block.

(b). Install the fork shafts, the interlock steel balls
and the interlock pins.
Notice:
The steel balls and the interlock pins can’t be missed
during the installation, otherwise, the gears of
transmission will be confused and the transmission
will be damaged at the same time.
(c). Install the catch bolts on each shifting of
transmission fork and transmission guide block,
and bind the catch bolt with locking wire.
