25. install the first-shifting and secondary-shifting
synchronizer
(a). Install the first-shifting and second-shifting
synchronizers on the secondary axle.

26. install the first-shifting synchronizer ring
HINT:
Install according to the marks made during the
disassembly, mixed installation is not permitted.

27. install the secondary-axle and first-shifting gear
(a). Install the first-shifting gear needle bearing. 31B
(b). Install the first-shifting gear.

Notice:
• The needle bearing installed in the gear shall not
be higher than the end face of the gear; otherwise,
a new needle bearing shall be replaced with.
• Shake the needle bearing before installation to see
whether any needles are missed; if the bearing is
damaged, replace it in time.
