Transmission 6g 120- Secondary axle assembly

13. remove the reverse gear
(a). Remove the reverse gear bearing seat ring, reverse
gear, reverse gear combined gear ring and needle
bearing from the secondary axle.

14. remove the first-shifting gear
(a). Remove the secondary-axle and first-shifting gear
and needle bearing.

15. remove the first-shifting synchronzier ring
(a). Remove the first-shifting synchronizer ring.
Hint:
Label for the first-shifting synchronizer ring after removal.
(b). Inspect the synchronizer ring. (refer to “chapter 31 b
transmission 6g 120-secondary-axle assembly,
overhaul”)
