SC crew working till ACC/WADI and vice versa there by decongesting
SC-WADI section. This enabled smoother WADI-SUH interchange.

Crew links review
Coaching crew links are revised enabling a reduction of 16 men
requirement for express trains and resultant relief in crew for goods
operations.
By reviewing guard’s link a net reduction of 34 guards was achieved.
GLP Check in 45 minutes:
GLP Check by LP & TM should be completed within 45 minutes.
In OCT-22, 220 GLP checks are done at an average of 31 minutes
Rolling stock speed improvements
Processing for increasing wagon speeds where JSC speeds are less than
that of wagon permitted speeds.
A total of 40 type wagons were identified and letter was sent to
Sr.DEN/CO-ord /SC to enhance the speeds over 30 sections of SC
division

RDSO/IRTMM permitted speeds is under process

i. Coaching:
334 Numberr of VPU/VPH ‘s (Indent) were attached to various trains, in
addtion to leased VPU/VPH’s up to October – 22 and earned an
revenue of Rs.4.93crores
On day to day basis, to clear extra rush of passengers, 632 additional
coaches were attached as extra rush, 538 coaches were augmented.
