One of the Signature Thanksgiving Projects at Sunset
Park Lions Club, is the annual distribution of turkeys and
groceries to families in need.
On November 19, 2021, over 225 turkeys, canned goods
and fresh produce were hand delivered to families in the
community. Lion members visited local churches, schools
and other local gathering spots. This arrival of the Lions is
crucial to the families who look forward to the donations. From Sunset Park Lions who serve from the heart
Especially during this post-pandemic season, the in-kind
support is invaluable.
We serve from the heart as we reach out to our neighbors.
