a.  Only light make-up and light colored lipstick is allowed.

               b.  Nails should be cut short. Colored nail polish is prohibited.

               c.  Cellular phones should not be used inside the classroom. They must be turned off or in silent
                   mode during classes.

               d.  Students may use mild perfumes or mild colognes.

               e.  Wearing of baseball caps is not allowed inside the classroom.

               f.  If  a  student  fails  to  abide  by  one  or  more  of  the  above  rules  and  regulations  inside  the
                   classroom, he/she shall not be allowed to attend his/her classes. He/she is required to submit
                   an explanation letter duly signed  by the  Dean and the Guidance Counselor in the following
                   meeting

            II.  Pregnancy
               1.  A Pregnancy Test will be done during the beginning of the semester and a random pregnancy
                   test will be done any time within the semester or as decided by the College staff
               2.  Pregnant students must inform their clinical instructors and clinical coordinator for the
                   adjustment of their rotation of duty to avoid infectious diseases
               3.  Pregnant students must sign a waiver stating that the university, its faculty and its is
                   staff is not liable whatever happens to the unborn child or the pregnant student

            III. Drug Test
               1.  An unscheduled drug test will be done to all students anytime within the semester as decided
                   by the College staff
               2.  A student found to be positively using Illegal drugs will be referred to the Guidance Office for
                  proper action

        IV. Related Learning Experience

        1. Attendance

               a.  Students must report to their clinical duty 15 minutes before the   time.

               b.  A student who reports to duty 1-15 minutes after the scheduled time
                  is   considered late or tardy.
           a.  Tardiness of more than 15 minutes is considered an unexcused absence.
           b.  If a student is habitually tardy, he must present an explanation letter to his Clinical Instructor duly
               signed by the Dean of College of Nursing and his level coordinator. Habitual tardiness means being
               late for 5 consecutive times or 5 accumulated tardiness.
           c.  Students who are late for 16 minutes after the scheduled time is considered absent
           d.  Case presentation and any activities declared considered duty is part of the RLE. Tardiness and
               absences during such activities will be dealt as tardiness or absence in RLE
