Chapter 6

NON- ACADEMIC RULES AND REGULATIONS

I. UNIFORM
1. All students must wear their classroom uniform whenever they are inside the campus.

a) Levels I to IV female nursing students are required to wear the white dress with camisole
underneath. It must be clean and well pressed. This is complimented by shiny black shoes,
skin toned stockings, current school ID, and hair neatly tied.

b) Levels I to IV male nursing students, must wear white pants and polo with white plain
undershirt, black shoes, plain black socks, and current school ID.

c) Wearing of rubber shoes and maong pants for male and female students is strictly
prohibited unless otherwise mandated by the College.

2. Clinical Uniform:

Male :
Upper- White
Lower- White
Shoes- White
Socks- White
Smacks gown/lab gown
Nameplate
Haircut- no hair touching collar – barbers
Female :
Cap (White)
Hairnet (black)
Smack gown/ lab gown

3. Community Uniform:
Society T-shirt
Maong Jeans
Rubber Shoes
Identification Card

4. Personal Grooming

a. The hair of male students should not touch the collar of the uniform. Male students must
maintain a neat haircut with no bangs or with bangs brushed up. Mustache or beard must be
well-shaved. For female students, long hair must be tied with a black accessory and brushed
up neatly. Hair dyes are not allowed.

b. Students should not wear any jewelry, except wristwatch and wedding ring (for married
students.)
