a. The Committee on Awards/Graduation composed of the Dean as Chairman, Registrar,
Academic Coordinator as members shall review and approve the records of the candidates for
academic honors and graduation.
b. For conversion of Academic Honors into civil service eligibility (PD 907), the Registrar may be
consulted for proper forms and information to be accomplished and submitted to the Civil
Service Commission.
Non-Academic Awards- Certificates of Recognition and/ or Medals are Awarded
a. Outstanding Awards in the different field of concentration are awarded to graduating students who
shall meet the following criteria:
a. Significant contributions to the improvement of the qualify of life in their respective fields of
specialization (40 pts)
b. Active participation in academic competitions (20 pts)
c. No grade lower than 80% in any subject (15 pts)
d. Grades in the major and related subjects
must at least be 85%. (15 pts)
e. Department/ Behavior (10 pts)
b. The College Leadership Award is given to graduating students who shall meet the following criteria:
a. Leadership (50 pts)
1. Quantity of involvement
2. Quality of performance
b. Active Community involvement (10 pts)
c. Active involvement (20 pts)
Participation in school activities
d. No grades lower than 80% in any Subject (10 pts)

3. The Efficiency Award is being given to graduating student involved in practicum work who
shall meet the following criteria:
a. Department/Behavior (10 pts)
b. No grades lower than 80% in any subject (10 pts)
c. Overall performance (80 pts)
