Nurse Vina : “Thank you for letting me know. I’ll also examine your feet for swelling using (8)
____________ and (9) ____________ to check circulation.” (Clue: Visual
examination and touching for diagnosis)
(After examining her feet)
Nurse Vina : “There’s mild swelling in both feet, which might indicate circulation issues. (10)
____________ you think these symptoms have become more noticeable
recently?” (Clue: Asking for the reason)
Mrs. Malika : “I think it’s because I’ve been less active. I’ve been feeling too tired to walk as
much as I used to.”
Nurse Vina : “That could contribute to it. I’ll discuss these findings with the doctor, inshaAllah,
and we’ll work on a care plan together. Allahumma rabban naas mudzhibal ba'si
isyfi antasy-syaafii laa syafiya illaa anta syifaa'an laa yughaadiru saqoman.”
Mrs. Malika : “Ameen. Thank you so much, Nurse Vina.”
Nurse Vina : “You’re welcome, Mrs. Malika. Assalamu alaikum, and may Allah grant you good
health.”
Mrs. Malika : “Wa alaikum assalam.”
