Mrs. Tantree is a 67-year-old patient recovering from hip surgery. She is experiencing pain, difficulty
sleeping, and low mobility. The nurse needs to develop a nursing care plan to manage her pain,
improve her mobility, and help her sleep better.
In groups, discuss what the nurse’s priority should be when treating Mrs. Tantree .
What goals would you set for her recovery?
What type of intervention might be included in the plan?
