Categories either require approvals to sell, some
are fully open and some categories are not allowed
to be sold by third parties. If you are selling
branded products that are not your own, then you
must have written permission from the owner of
the brand to show you are authorised to re-sell the
branded product.
5. Listing your product
Amazon requires a product to be listed on their
seller central or via their Amazon product listing
APL. Your product will be identified by numbers
such as a GTIN Global Trade Item Number, UPC
Unique Product Code, ISBN International
Standard Book Number or even an EAN European
Article Number.
The listing will then have your offer details as well
as product details and search and key words so
customers can find your product easily.
