              Marketing  is  all  about  the  message,  sales  is  the
              execution after the message has been received by the
              customer.  They  are  both  vital  for  the  success  of  your
              product.

              The  decision  on  what  type  and  frequency  of
              communication tactics to use depends on your budget
              and of course the success you obtain when using certain

              tactics to get your customers to become aware of your
              product.

              There are five phases a customer will go through in the
              process of buying your product:

                1.  Product awareness
                2.  Deliberation or Evaluation
                3.  The decision to buy
                4.  Continue to build a relationship

                5.  Repeat customer phase


              Now take each one of these phases and decide which

              marketing  communication  tactics  you  will  use  to  get
              your  desired  message  to  your  potential  customer.
