              You must inform every person about the new product
              even if they will or will not have any interactions with
              potential and actual customers. Make sure you have
              established an internal communications channel such
              as email or face-to-face to inform everyone about the

              launch and date of a new product.
              Have  you  developed  any  product  training  content  or

              trained  all  your  internal  staff  on  the  product  offering
              including any pricing frameworks? You can check your
              employees’ knowledge by testing a small group.

              Has  the  decision  been  made  as  to  which  supporting
              materials you or your company will use to support the
              launch,  such  as  software  programmes,  question  and
              answer guides, brochures?

              How will you assist the above supporting materials? By

              using  audio,  text  content,  images,  some  sort  of
              interactivity,  video  or  even  animation?  This  is  a  great
              way  to  create  some  excitement  and  motivation  for
              everyone to participate and as a result you will now have
              active buy-in from everyone concerned.
