FROM IMAGINATION TO SUCCESSFUL PRODUCT LAUNCH

            When  you  have  buy-in,  you  will  now  have  active
            participation  and  when  you  have  active  participation
            then you have now created the most effective way to
            manage any changes that may occur without warning
            and will be able to effectively manage any objections to

            the product launch.

            Now in the previous chapters, specifically in Step 1 The

            Game  Plan,  you  identified  who  exactly  your  target
            market will be. This focused target market you identified
            previously now becomes even more important for the
            launch. Now you will harness and make use of tactics to
            focus  in  on  that  identified  target  market  and  create

            serious  awareness  for  your  product  with  them
            specifically. So make sure that the launch plan is aimed
            directly at your target market.

            Here you need to check that all your sales channels (like
            your distributors, wholesalers, retailers, agents and re-
            sellers) have all been fully informed about your product
            offering. Also make sure all the content information that
