FROM IMAGINATION TO SUCCESSFUL PRODUCT LAUNCH

            As  we  continuously  build  relationships  with  our
            customers, we must remind ourselves that the target is
            also  about  a  repeat  purchase  and  by  building
            relationships this will ensure we use the correct ethical
            tactics  to  get  the  customer  to  buy  again.  The

            communication tactics used in these two phases are:
               o  social media

               o  special offers to previous customers
               o  email
               o  newsletters
               o  surveys
               o  asking for their opinion.



            TIP 10  ACTIVITIES TO SUPPORT THE LAUNCH

            Let's split this into internal and external co-operation, as
            the main target here is to promote and raise awareness
            for and demonstrate confidence in your product.
