                o  First  impressions  count  …  the  “About  page”  on
                   your  website  is  very  important  as  customers
                   always want to know more about the business and
                   the person behind it so they can relate to them or
                   strive towards being like them.


                o  Start blogging – write down your own opinions and
                   experiences  in  an  article-like  format  on  your
                   website.    Make    sure    your   social   media
                   communication  links  back  to  the  blog  on  your
                   website, encourage guests to leave comments on

                   your blog and also ask if you can be a guest blogger
                   on their website.

                o  Remember  to  pull  and  push  your  content  and
                   reuse it in different ways. For example, when you

                   have created a certain amount of blog posts you
                   could turn it into a small book.

                o  Start  to  create  a  monthly  calendar  which  plans
                   what  content  you  are  going  to  create  (or  have
                   already created) and what communication tactics
