a. Vendor Core Menu – This is to be used for all vendor core returns and when returning an
unused remanufactured part.
b. Vendor Core Menu Internals (ICS)- Again all internal documents for vendor core returns are to be
processed in the vendor core menu. The internal is automatically released by the system so if there are
issues and the document needs to be edited, you must enter the document in order entry, access the
parts entry screen and once you do this the document has been unreleased. Perform your edits and re-
release the internal document. The total amount on the internal must match the vendor paperwork, if
it doesn’t you must research why, fix the issue and once it does match, re-release the document.
