        you.  Share  the  information  with  everyone
        involved and you’ll:
          Get  better  decision  making  by  involving  the
          TEAM.
          Change opinions based on facts.
          Question if the decision is really going to help
          the customer.
          Challenge  each  other…challenge  the  final
          decision.

     At EAGLE, we use Balanced Scorecard objectives to
     manage  and  measure  the  success  of  our  business.
     Our  Balanced  Scorecard  addresses  and  is  reviewed
     during:
        1.  Comments/Customer Complaints
        2.  Trend Analysis using charts and graphs
        3.  Management Review
        4.  Staff Meetings
        5.  Management Summary
        6.  Board of Governors Summary
     7.  Follow   up   on   customer   satisfaction
        requirements. Everyone should be aware of the
        impression they make to customers. Survey them
        and ask questions that solicit the information you
        need,  such as “Would  you  recommend  me  to  a
        business associate?” Follow up one-on-one with
        any  issues  by  having  a  person  in  charge  of
        reviewing  key  customer  data  and  assigning
        responsibilities.
