Simultaneous to completing the McHenry Recreation Center, FGM was hired, as the first step to
remodeling some of the office space abandoned by the relocation of the recreation staff into a
new facility, to renovate the Municipal Center Reception area for the City of McHenry as well as
of the adjoining administrative spaces for a modest $105,000 construction budget.

North Jefferson County Ambulance District
House No 2

We provided the North Jefferson County Ambulance District with a new satellite station House
No 2 to address response times on the east side of the District, and specifically along Route 30,
which has traditionally been dangerous traffic for calls. This facility of approximately 5,700 SF
allows for future growth and flexibility with the ability to run 2 ambulance crews.
