PRACTICAL INSTRUCTIONS
Truth to Teach (Source)
Ephesians 6:1 ‘Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.’
Parents, teachers and others give many instructions daily which should be
obeyed.
Way to Work (Means)
1. Review previous lessons.
2. Explain the practical activity which the class is about to embark upon, e.g.
following a recipe to make something, following instructions to make
something artistic, a mathematical model, a Lego model, etc.
3. Gather at the end of the lesson to let the children respond as to how they
found following the instructions.
Learning for Life (Fulfilment)
1. The children should see the benefits of following instructions laid out by
those more knowledgeable.
