Programming
Types of programs
The centre offers the following services to commercial clients:
• resistance training
• health and fitness testing
• sport-specific physiological testing
• circuit training
• MATES
• aerobics
• specific educational workshops.
Number of participants
Total membership numbers are now approximately 200. These can be further
divided into:
• 115 full service members, who have access to all of the services offered by the
centre
• 60 corporate (TAFE) members who receive subsidised memberships
• 25 athletes receiving specific physiological testing services.
Frequency of programs
Although it is anticipated with the continued growth of the programs that the
timetable will be altered on an ongoing basis, the basic outline includes:

All day-to-day operations are the responsibility of the centre manager.
