English Speech Contest
Throughout June, students wrote speeches and prepared to compete in the English Speech Contest 2017. Students worked hard
to memorize their speeches and practiced their delivery for hours, working on speaking with expression and confidence. Parents
came to watch the students perform their speeches on 21st June 2017. Well done to every student who took part. It takes
self-belief and a steady nerve to speak in front of an audience. Special congratulations must go to the winning students who
entertained us by delivering their speeches in front of the entire Elementary School, on 23rd July 2017. The winners took home
Popular vouchers to spend on books and stationary of their choosing. Well done to them!
