The new technologies expected to emerge with the Internet of Things, artificial

intelligence, big data, robots, virtual reality and drones, which are the integration

of the physical world and the digital world. From a cultural and industrial

perspective, the advent of these innovative technologies may be harmful or

beneficial to the cultural industry. The first controversial issue is job losses. The

view is that cultural content producers lose their jobs as AI technology has a lot of

influence on content planning and production. In addition, content production that

introduces AI technology may result in the moderation of human-specific emotional

and purely artistic parts. Secondly, the way that the Fourth Industrial Revolution

will affect the cultural industry is also controversial because its direction is

ambiguous. First, let's look at what the Third Industrial Revolution had to do with

content composition. With the advent of TV, there has been a cinch potato that

watches TV at home all day long, and the popularity of street plays, musicals, and

operas has faded a lot. Is there a change in cultural content that is evident as in

the Third Industrial Revolution? The question is based on the ‘indeterminate theory’

               of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Robert Gordon, author of a famous economic paper, concluded in his TED lecture

that there was no corresponding change in the name of the Fourth Industrial

Revolution. If the primary industry is agriculture, the secondary industry is

manufacturing, and the tertiary industry is service, the fourth industry is a

subdivision of the tertiary industry, so there is no disconnect from the past.

Therefore, Robert Gordon explains that the core technologies of the Fourth

Industrial Revolution are all equivalent to the deepening of digital technology in

the Third Industrial Revolution. Therefore, it is expected that there will be no

significant changes in cultural contents and his waves in the era commonly called

the Fourth Industrial Revolution. However, the new technology of the Fourth

Industrial Revolution will play an important role as a promotional tool for existing

               cultural contents.
