you are a member of the successful hot shot team you can claim for all your team and all
badges are £3.95 each.
2) If you are becoming a subscriber in order to claim retrospectively then you must be a
member of the successful team and not just claiming on their behalf and also subscribe
to the magazine. All badges are £5.95 each.
3) If you are a CLUB SUBSCRIBER and your club name appears as part of your address
along with your name, you can claim for all club members even if you are not a member
of the successful hot-shot team and all badges are £5.95 each.
ALL OTHER REQUIREMENTS LIKE THE PLAYERS NAMES, INCLUDING FIRST NAMES,
THE SCORECARD AND MATCH DETAILS ARE STILL TO BE SUPPLIED.
