that place the responsibility for community change and betterment with everyday citizens which
includes the entirety of neighborhoods that make up communities such as block clubs, school
groups, merchants, property owners, and other stakeholders. As a prelude to the concept of leader-
as-exemplified its best practices in action demonstrated by how one ‘shows up’ how each of us
teach and demonstrate community ideals by our lived example.
The next chapter discusses the implications for exemplified leadership change resulting
from the foregoing research and analysis.
