Over 60% of the rice seeds utilized by the community are sourced from the

informal sector, specifically from unhulled rice saved from previous season's repeated
harvests. Furthermore, farmers only employ synthetic fertilizers, which are non-or-

ganic, and there is currently no utilization of organic fertilizers for rice cultivation in
Pinrang regency. Applying fertilizer doses is believed to deviate significantly from the

               authorized guidelines.

               2.6. Conclusion

The test examined the effects of incomplete and complete fertilizer application
on rice plants. The results indicated that applying organic fertilizer could lead to a 40%

increase in production, from 638,983 tons to 894,576 tons. The assumption of a price
of IDR 5000 per kilogram, calculated in tons, results in a total profit of IDR 4,272 trillion

for the farmers over 3 harvests. This assumption is approved on the condition of limited

sample testing before and after the treatment.
The examination of the increase in rice output from 638,983 tons to 894,576

tons indicates the need for a comprehensive warehouse infrastructure in the warehous-
ing complex, including ship loading and transportation facilities. This recommendation

necessitates an efficient logistics infrastructure for the distribution of the course to other

regions or for the aim of export. Investing in warehousing integrated with container
ports helps ensure that food is not spoiled and does not burden the community. This,

in turn, prevents the negative impact of lowering selling prices in the future.
However, further research is required to facilitate production and ensure the

successful attainment of production targets in Pinrang Regency. This research aims to
enhance the value of agricultural output by focusing on improving agricultural seeds,

agricultural systems, and logistics systems. The ultimate goal is to ensure that the qual-

ity of the products is effectively preserved.
Furthermore, the presence of educational institutions is crucial to ensure that

the graduates possess the necessary skills and knowledge to establish the Pinrang
agricultural program as the foremost agricultural output in Indonesia. Therefore, to

attain optimal productivity growth as described above, expanding the region's develop-
ment is crucial. The Pinrang food security program aims to enhance agricultural

growth and improve agricultural production by 40% in the future, in response to the

               growing public awareness.
