3.2.2. Literature related to the warehouse's products
According to Setiajatnika and Gunadi (Setiajatnika & Gunadi, 2020), the
estimation of income from warehouse originated from the contribution that it
utilize warehouse by another warehouse user. This understanding is based on
the Warehouse Receipt System (WRS) case studies in Karawang, West Java.
It has been stated that the warehouse in Karawang can store up to 750
kilograms of agricultural goods in every square meter of space. Because of the
rise in output in 2021, the amount of rice agricultural goods produced in Pinrang
District will increase by forty percent, going from 638,983 tons to 894,576 tons.
This will necessitate a land area of 255,593,2 tons divided by 0,750 tons, equal
to 34.1 hectares.
Meanwhile, to handle the growing production of maize, which has gone
from 122.02 tons to 170.83 tons, a warehouse space of 6.5 square meters is
required. This production growth has caused the corn to require more space.
The same assumptions will be used for the warehouse receipts system for the
plantation of products. The increased yield from 19,070.47 tons to 26,698.66
tons will necessitate a warehouse area of 1.02 hectares.
Additionally, the warehouse receipts system for fishing goods, which is
the same assumption, will expand from 42,075.01 tons to 58,905,014 tons,
