Together, we prepare people for work.

Parties, luncheons, and seasonal festivities may be held during work time on Goodwill-Easter Seals
premises with appropriate management approval. However, such activities are only permitted under
               the following conditions:

                   • Parties and gatherings must have prior approval from the appropriate Goodwill-Easter Seals
manager, such as a Chief Officer or the President/CEO.
                   • Non-work-related and/or seasonal parties and events serve only a social purpose. They are

not paid by GESMN, except under unique circumstances that are approved by Human
                          Resources or the President/CEO.
                   • Parties, events, and gifts to recognize personal occasions such as retirements, resignations,
promotions, or birthdays must be fully funded by employees. These expenses are not
                          eligible for reimbursement by GESMN.
                   • Serving and drinking alcoholic beverages on GESMN premises (or at events sponsored by
GESMN) is generally prohibited unless approved by the President/CEO.
                   • Parties must be conducted in a manner consistent with GESMN standards for personal and
                          professional conduct.

Employees should contact their manager or Human Resources if they have questions regarding social
               events.

               INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Goodwill-Easter Seals provides telephones, computers, email, and access to a computer network. The
equipment and materials required for computer use and network access, including voicemail, hardware,
software, computer files, and the email system, are the property of GESMN.
In addition to office software programs and databases, employees may be given access to the internet
and email. This access is provided for conducting business via email and/or the Internet on behalf of
               GESMN.

All software must be acquired through the Information Technology department. Employees may not
subscribe to email subscription services other than services that are clearly business-related.
