Together, we prepare people for work.

Members of the organization’s Executive Team (e.g., Chief Services and Programs Officer, Chief Human
Resources Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President/CEO) cannot have family members or significant
others employed in any role in the organization.

Directors in the organization cannot have family members employed within their same
department/functional area (i.e., a Director in DGR Retail stores cannot have a family member also
working in DGR Retail Stores. However, they could work in another part of the organization).

OBLIGATION TO NOTIFY GESMN OF RELATIONSHIP
If an employee has a familial, dating, or physical relationship with another employee or GESMN vendor
or participant, they must promptly inform their manager or Human Resources. GESMN will review the
situation and decide if any action is necessary.

Employees may also be asked to sign an acknowledgment that the relationship is voluntary, that it will
not have a negative effect on their work, and that they will behave professionally if the relationship
               ends.

               PROPRIETARY AND CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

During employment with Goodwill-Easter Seals, employees may have access to proprietary and
confidential information. This includes, but is not limited to, data relating to past, present, or future
employees, participants, volunteers, donors, or customers. This includes data or devices that give the
organization a competitive advantage, such as marketing strategies, technology innovations,
contribution files, computer software, lists and directories, and strategic plans and ideas developed for
               GESMN.
Employees are expected to keep such information confidential both during and after their employment
at GESMN. Managers and employees are expected to safeguard proprietary and confidential
information from unauthorized disclosure to others, including competitors, government institutions, the
media, and private parties. This includes disclosure to family, friends, and acquaintances. Upon
termination of employment, employees are required to return all proprietary and confidential
               information.
Goodwill-Easter Seals may act to protect its interests in the event unauthorized disclosure occurs. In
addition, we may also report unauthorized disclosures as required or permitted by law.

Employee information will be kept confidential.
