The  goals  include  integrating  fuzzy


                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           TOPSIS  in  Multiple  Criteria  Decision  Making  (MCDM)  and



                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           developing  a  general  model  for  fuzzy  TOPSIS  for  ranking  the



                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           best  mental  health  programs  and  choosing  the  most  effective



                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           mental  health  programs  among  the  alternatives.  All  objectives
