Submitting Portrait Images

Your school photographer will send your portraits to you about a month after your final retake date. Once you receive
the portraits from the photographer, send them to Jostens. Before sending your portraits, make sure that it includes all
retakes. If your retake date has not yet happened, and you get a CD (or link), hold onto it and wait for all the portraits to
arrive. Portraits images will appear in your Image Library 1-2 weeks after submitting to Jostens.
Photo CD/DVD Mailer
METHOD ONE — PROVIDE A LINK
• If your portrait photographer sends an email with a link to download portrait images, please forward the link to your
plant consultant and copy your rep on the email. This does not require a CD or DVD.
This mailer contains:

ACTIVITY CD/DVD
• To see who your plant consultant is, click Status > Summary Report on the Yearbook Avenue home page.
Attach mailing label here.
Don’t forget to write your job number on your CD/DVD.
If mailing a Portrait CD/DVD, please fill out the label
on the back of this mailer.
METHOD TWO — MAIL PORTRAIT CD TO JOSTENS Use the Photo CD/DVD Mailer (order for free from
Plan>Order Supplies>YearTech Online) to send portrait CDs to Jostens. You can also send your portrait CD in your

preferred envelope as long as it is addressed to your printing plant.

IF YOU WANT YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER TO BEFORE MAILING YOUR CD it is a good idea to write
SUBMIT YOUR PORTRAIT CD/DVD DIRECTLY your job number on the CD with permanent marker and
TO JOSTENS please complete the Portrait Submission make a backup by copying the files to a folder on your
form and ask the photographer to include it in the computer. Also, tape the mailer closed so the CD can’t
shipment. The Portrait Submission Form is available in accidentally slip out.
