       Breathing exercises



                                   Diaphragmatic breathing









             1. Place one hand on

           your chest and the other

               on your abdomen.







          2. As you breathe in, the
           hand on your abdomen

            should rise higher than

            the one on your chest.                              Repeat this exercise

                                                                       for 4 times.




             3. Take a slow, deep                             6. Gently contract your
