       Stretching exercises





                                         Hamstring stretch







                      Sit on a chair







                 Straighten one leg







              Place your hand on the

                  knee or lap of the

                   straightened leg







             Bend your body forward

               until you feel a stretch

             and hold for 15 seconds







                                    Repeat for 3-4 times on

                                               each side.
