                                            Trunk rotation




                     Sit on a chair






                Cross one leg over

                         another







              Place one hand on the
               backrest of the chair







            Place the other hand on

                         your lap






                  Rotate your trunk

             towards the side of your
               hand on the backrest







              Hold in position for 15

                         seconds                            Repeat for 3-4 times on
                                                                      each side.
