       Stretching exercises





                                    Latissimus dorsi stretch






            Sit on a chair and grasp the
             bottom of the seat with one

              hand or standing position







            Point the other arm towards

                          the ceiling








             Lean towards the opposite

             side of your extending arm









            Bend until you feel a stretch

               and hold for 15 seconds








                                    Repeat for 3-4 times on

                                               each side.
