       Stretching exercises





                                    Upper trapezius stretch



                                                             Sit on a chair with a

                                                                  straight back






                                                         Grasp the bottom of the
                                                           seat with right hand or

                                                         place right hand on your

                                                                          lap






                                                           Place left hand on the

                                                               top of your head







                                                             Apply gentle pulling
                                                          pressure towards your

                                                                  left shoulder






          Repeat for 3-4 times on

                     each side,                           Hold in the position for
                then change side
                                                                   15 seconds.
