journal entry about this:

I feel like someone else has complete control
over my mind – pushing buttons to elicit the

strongest and most unbearable emotional
distress ‐ ‐ block the connection; what is
happening to me? I’m being influenced and

controlled.

I was asked all kinds of questions. “Would you marry
John? Would you marry John if he were a criminal? Would
you help take care of his two children? How would you deal
with Dina? Do you really think that Dina would accept you as
the step-mother of her child?” Then I’d hear another voice

that sounded like John say, “What did she say?” I’d then hear
someone tell him what I had thought. Then I'd hear the voice
that sounded like John say, “I can’t keep doing this to her, I
just can’t,” but the questions continued. A lot of them were

asked by the voice claiming to be Dina. “Would you stay
married to John if he cheated on you? Would you marry him
right now if you could? I tried not to answer the questions,
but I would think about how I would respond, and these
entities could hear my thoughts. Then Dina would tell me

that she loved John, and I would smell baby lotion again
while hearing her scream, “Can you smell that? That is our
baby girl after taking a bath!” Dina and John would then
argue.
