The nostalgic Swanage Railway to battle-worn Corfe CastleToday, our coach takes us to Poole Quay for a boat trip to Swanage. On arrival, there%u2019s time to grab lunch before joining the Swanage Railway* through the Isle of Purbeck countryside. Reaching Corfe Castle, you can explore its ruins at leisure. Exbury Gardens%u2019 steam railway and Beaulieu Motor MuseumThis morning, a coach transfer takes us to the New Forest to explore Exbury Gardens. We enjoy a different view of the gardens by boarding the Exbury Steam Railway, also called the Rhododendron Line. This afternoon, we explore the National Motor Museum in the expansive grounds of Beaulieu. There%u2019s a restaurant where you can enjoy lunch before returning to the hotel by coach, with time to relax before dinner.4. Historic Hampshire towns on the heritage Watercress LineHeading into Hampshire by coach this morning, we arrive in Alton. There is time to wander independently ahead of a journey on the charming Mid Hants Railway, or Watercress Line*, through ten miles of idyllic countryside. Arriving in Alresford, there%u2019s free time to explore or enjoy lunch before driving to Christchurch.
