3. Qualities of a good counsellor
A good counsellor should be non-judgmental. He should be willing to accept
the fact that, given help and encouragement, most people have the inherent
capacity to understand and solve their own problems. Such a counsellor would
convey to the client his genuineness, understanding and acceptance of the
client as a unique individual.
