IDS 410, 422

1. Press and hold GROSS/NET and UNITS keys.
2. Display should read CFG xx
3. Press ITEM and use the +/- keys to increment flashing digit, Item to move cursor.
4. Change to read CFG 60(if you have a numeric keypad key in 60)
5. Press ENTER
6. The display reads dEAdld, Remove all weight from the scale. Press ENTER key. The

indicator will read deadload.
7. CALib: Place the cal. weight on the scale. Enter the calibration weight using the

item, +,- keys. Press the ENTER key. The indicator reads the cal weight.
8. CFG 60, Press the CLEAR key to exit.

IDS 430

****For the IDS 430, Press and hold the Clear and Enter Keys to access setup, you can use
the numeric keypad to enter config 60 for calibration. Press the CLEAR key at the CFG
prompt to exit and save. Proceed as you would with the 410****

CFG 60 is normal CAL
CFG 61 is Reverse CAL
CFG 62 is Zero only
CFG 63 is tweak Span

IDS 430 Weigh-Out Erase
IDS 430 Rev E or greater

Set CFG 72, FN 3 to:
242, 51, 243, 146, 251, 241, 52, 243, 134, 251, 243, 135, 240, 240, 206, 15, 73, 243, 142, 236,
15, 209, 15, 0, 209, 65, 0, 241, 109, 243, 127, 240, 218, 64, 255

IDS SDI 2

1. Press the configure key.
2. Enter password.
3. Use the arrow keys to go to CALIBRATION
4. Push ENTER, use arrows to select CALIBRATE SCALE.
5. Push ENTER , READ DEADLOAD WT
6. Push enter
7. PLACE CAL WT, enter cal weight using keypad.
8. Place cal weight on scale and push enter.
9. Push clear/entry to get back to weigh mode.
