        with any new habit we should start small in
        order to make it achievable and sustainable.
        If I was new to running it is unlikely that I

        would set myself a target of running 15km
        everyday because as soon as I failed more
        than once I would want to give up, deeming
        the goal unattainable. With introducing
        mindfulness it is best to start with small
        and regular practices, perhaps just three
        minutes, and building them up over time.
