Sec7 – Business Managers
Represent the class if there are things or materials to be purchased.
Head the income –Generating project Committee and be responsible in
matters regarding funds for the class.
Perform such other duties assigned by the president.
Sec.8- Sentinels
Help the presiding officer to maintain peace and order during meetings,
school programs and activities.
Act as the disciplinary officer, if needed.
Maintain peace and order within the premises of the department.
Perform such other duties assigned by the president.
Se.9- Muse
Represent the class if there are department /program activities.
Head the recreational activities of the class.
Perform such other duties assigned by the president.
Sec. 10-
Represent the class if there are department program/activities.
Head the recreational activities of the class assisting the muse.
Perform such other duties assigned by the president.
ART. XI- POWERS AND FUNCTIONS OF THE CRIMSOC
Sec. 1- The CRIMSOC shall be highest governing body of the student from the College
of Criminal Justice Education.
Sec. 2- The CRIMSOC shall have the following powers and functions
Formulate and recommend programs that will address relevant
issues/concerns of the students.
Plan and implement policies, student’s discipline and programs designed
for the interest of the student.
Monitor and evaluate the student activities in the school.
Advice and make recommendations to school authorities regarding
student matters, affairs and activities.
Serve as the representative of the students in voicing out their opinions,
suggestions, observation and recommendations.
Act as coordinating council of all campus co-curricular organizations.
Spearhead programs within the department.
Turn over papers, documents, properties and other responsibilities to the
incoming CRIMSOC officers.
Have such other powers and functions consistent with the stated
policies, principles and objectives of the department and the university.
ART. XII- THE ADVISER
Sec. 1- There shall be a designated CRIMSOC adviser, who is registered criminologist
under the faculty of the College of Criminal Justice Education, IFSU- Potia campus,
Alfonso Lista, Ifugao.
Sec. 2- An adviser of the different classrooms shall be designated by the Dean of the
College of Criminal Justice Education or other guest faculty from the other program of
the College, if deems necessary.
Sec. 3- The adviser shall monitor or supervise all programs, activities and meeting of
their respective jurisdiction at all times.
Sec. 4- The adviser must act in accordance with the policies of the institution and
perform such other functions as the chairperson may direct.
