Sec. 2- Every student officially enrolled in the College of Criminal Justice Education
shall pay a membership fee with an amount of Php25.00 to the elected CRIMSOC
treasurer.
Sec. 3- Every student officially enrolled in the Criminology shall automatically become
a member of the organization.

ART. V- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE STUDENTS

Sec. 1- Every student has the responsibility to observe and abide at all times the laws
of the Republic of the Philippines, rules and regulations of the university and policies
of the College of Criminal Justice Education.
Sec. 2- Every student must support and promote the trust, objectives and training of
the CRIMSOC.
Sec. 3- Every student must abide the CRIMSDOC constitution and by-laws.
Sec.4- Every student must participate actively in the College of Criminal Justice
Education and school activities.
Sec.5- Every student must exercise his /her rights and do his/her duties and
responsibilities as a CRIMSOC student.
ART. VI- BILL OF RIGHTS

Sec. 1- Every student has the freedom of speech and expressions and accordance with
the Art. III of the 1987 Philippine constitution.
Sec. 2- Every student has the right to avail of all the services offered by the CRIMSOC
Organization.
Sec. 3- Every student has the right to participate in all the issues and matters
concerning them.
Sec. 4- Every student has the right to inform of all the issues and matters concerning
them.
Sec 5- Every student has the right to vote, to be nominated and elected into office on
classroom, clubs or organization.
Sec. 6- Every student has the right to be represented in all different meetings and
assemblies of the school or issues affecting their welfare.
Sec. 7- Every student has the right to due process.

ART. VII- COMPOSITION OF THE CRIMSOC ORGANIZATION
Sec. 1- The Department Officers are designated to:

Sec. 2- The elected classroom president of the different classes of the program is
automatically the representative of the class.
Sec.3- There shall be an Adviser of the CRIMSOC Organization.
ART.VIII- CRIMSOC OFFICERS DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sec. 1- President

 Responsible for all organization activities.
 Supervise, provide guides and directions for the organization to insure
that all activities are planned coordinated and executed efficiently.
 Sets the standard and direction of the organization.
 Insures student compliances with the policies and procedures.
