Detail information about the relationship style
Let's move on to relationship style: The nine personality traits are
about how the manager deals with others, shapes his or her social
interactions and interprets other people in their social behavior.
The focus is on interpersonal style, critical faculties and emotional
balance. The measured personality traits thus provide information
about how the manager meets and affects others, what basic
attitude he or she has toward other people and things, and how self-

The poles range from "self-serving": "The leader has little interest
in analyzing or understanding the actions and motives of others. She
is unlikely to be influenced by interpersonal issues when making
decisions," to "understanding, empathetic": "When the leader
analyzes situations, she is likely to recognize interpersonal issues and
take them seriously."
