to the personality traits are described precisely, in detail,
and implementation-oriented are described and defined
in detail defined.
The personality trait "decision making
It is important to note that each personality trait in the executive can
not only have a low and a strong expression, but also implies possible
strengths and weaknesses in each case. In order to give you an
impression of this and to make it clear that each personality trait can
be influenced and changed in view of its strengths and weaknesses,
you will find the detailed description of the personality trait "decision-
making" in Figure 8. As a reminder, the trait is defined as: "The extent
to which the leader is thoughtful and deliberate in decision making
rather than quick to decide."
