4 - Profiling³: "What do I make of it?" - Linking the profiling approach with personality diagnostic tool
1. First of all, determine if the person you are talking to is
is extraverted or introverted.
2. Based on this, you can carefully assign your counterpart
to one of the four basic colors.
3. If the other person is outward-facing, he or she belongs to
neither the red nor the yellow personality type.
4. If she appears talkative, involved, enthusiastic, the red
personality type is present.
5. If your interviewer appears to be expressive, action-
oriented, and outward-focused, you are dealing with a
yellow personality type.
6. If, on the other hand, the person appears to be more
introverted, i.e. inwardly focused, a blue or green
personality type is present.
7. The blue personality type seems more observant, sunny
and reserved.
8. The green personality type acts rather cautiously and
reflectively.
9. With this, you have already covered a good distance. But
the path of knowledge still goes on!
10. As already mentioned, personality types can often be
judged by their outward appearance, such as clothing,
appearance, or manner of conversation.
11. In addition, simple questions can be used to further inquire
about the basic structure in order to further determine the
basic type of the interlocutor.
12. After that, the drivers should be asked. For this purpose,
simple questions can be asked about the six possible
drivers, one after the other, with reference to the person.
