                   Who am I? A big question! But why is it so important to know
                   this? In our seminars, events and at congresses and lectures on
                   personality diagnostics and personality development, there are
                   often  discussions  on  this  point.  The  fact  that  it  is  of  great
                   importance to find out what makes the interviewer tick and how
                   the  customer,  employee  or  applicant  behaves  in  certain
                   situations is immediately understandable and comprehensible
                   to  most  people.  "But  is  it  really  necessary  to  know,  for
                   example,  whether  I  am  more  of  a  security-oriented,  decisive,
                   relationship-oriented or fact-oriented person? Shouldn't I focus
                   on improving my people skills?"


                   We answer this question with a clear "yes"! Of course, it is useful
                   if you can assess how you will react when the mature customer
                   provokes,  the  critical  applicant  asks  questions  about  the
                   company or the self-confident
