Profiling³ enables you to accurately assess other people and
identify their respective drivers. In our introduction to this book,
you learned that the basic rule is: "Treat others the way they
want to be treated." In order to recognize the personality
structure of a person, Profiling³ uses INSIGHTS MDI®, a tool
